Bring your village together and watch a simple gathering grow into something truly spectacular.
Expand your Tavern with the new Festival Grounds and start planning a celebration your villagers will never forget. Gather food and drinks from across your village, decorate the grounds, and hire minstrels and jugglers as preparations get underway.
Every celebration can outshine the last. As your festival gains recognition, you’ll unlock new decorations and festival pieces, catch the eye of increasingly prestigious guests and earn the ultimate honour: a visit from the King himself!
A new Aspiration gives you a goal to pursue as you develop your agricultural economy and grow your celebrations.
Bring the Countryside to Life
Build a countryside full of life, from busy pastures filled with animals to orchards stretching out beyond your village.
Expand your rural economy with new cabbage and turnip crops, as well as apple, plum and hazelnut orchards, giving you even more freedom to shape the countryside around your village.
Raise chickens, pigs and geese in the new Common Croft, with pastures you can shape to fit naturally into your village. Watch chicks, piglets and goslings trail after their mothers while the village goes about its day.
Build an agricultural powerhouse or create a beautiful rural landscape, Harvest Festival gives you more ways to make the countryside your own.
From Pastures to Production
From the fields to the workshop, turn the fruits of your labour into something worth toasting.
The new Drying Kiln and Cider House give you new ways to process your harvest, while a new recipe system lets you switch recipes in both existing and new workplaces. Choose how your resources are used, open up new production chains, and turn the bounty of your countryside into goods for your growing village.
With more ways to grow, process and use your resources, the countryside becomes an even bigger part of your village’s journey towards the celebrations ahead.
Music for the Harvest
From quiet mornings in the countryside to lively celebrations at the Tavern, Harvest Festival brings 20 minutes of new music to Foundation, including the debut of the lute.
Free for Everyone: Today’s Base Game Update
Harvest Festival isn’t the only thing arriving today. We’ve also added several improvements to the base game for all Foundation players.

A new Steam bundle featuring Foundation + Harvest Festival is now available.
