Polymorph Games is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to help grow and engage the passionate community around Foundation, our award-winning medieval city-building game. You’ll create compelling content that showcases the game’s features, updates, and personality across our social media channels, helping players discover and fall in love with Foundation.

This is a creative, hands-on role that combines storytelling, video production, community awareness, and in-game content creation.

Main Responsibilities

• Create engaging short and long form content for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Bluesky, and Facebook.
• Capture high-quality gameplay footage, screenshots, and cinematic sequences inside Foundation.
• Develop creative social media campaigns around updates, DLCs, events, and community activities.
• Stay on top of social media trends and adapt them to the Foundation universe.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to communicate new features and announcements.
• Help maintain a consistent and authentic voice across all social media channels.
• Analyze content performance and iterate based on audience engagement.
• Foster two-way conversation, content sharing, and cross-promotion.
• Proactively engage with players and known personalities on social media to build relationships and brand awareness at scale.

Requirements

• Excellent understanding of modern social media platforms, optimization practices, and content trends.
• Strong, versatile video editing, image composition, and content creation skills.
• Passion for video games, with an appreciation for strategy, simulation, or city-building games.
• Comfortable learning and using proprietary development tools, including Polymorph’s custom game engine, to create cinematic footage and showcase new game content.
• Creative mindset with strong storytelling abilities.
• Excellent creative and personable written communication skills in English (French is a strong asset).
• Strong time management skills and transparency built into your process
• Strong campaign management capabilities and clear performance reporting

Role Details

• Negotiable as part-time or full-time position
• Fully remote or in-office if located in Quebec City
• Core office hours: 10am-4pm Eastern Time
• Available as contractor or employee status
• Salary negotiable with performance-based profit-sharing
